The Medieval Times is one of the most popular dinner theater attractions in North America. Before hiring Grafx, the nine castles had become independently known for their 11th century-themed tournaments, four-course feasts, brave knights and magnificent stallions, but the castles and the courts needed a consistent brand image and marketing effort to extend across their entire kingdom.
Grafx explored each castle to discover the core elements of fun and fantasy alive at every venue. These central elements inspired Grafx to create the new brand identity and brand guidelines for the Medieval Times, which are now consistently present in every online and marketing initiative.
Grafx not only created these noble materials, they also built the Medieval Times Art Reference Tool – an online central library where each castle’s marketing team can view the pieces, customize them with local information and place their orders.
The Medieval Times now speaks with one voice to their “royal subjects,” and the centralized library of marketing materials has created time and financial efficiency for the castles.
