The Challenge:

The Heart Gallery of Tampa Bay creates unique photographic exhibits to raise awareness of the hundreds of children in foster care and to find forever families for those children. As a not-for-profit organization, The Heart Gallery often relied upon donations from independent freelancers to create their marketing campaign. But with the input of so many designers and writers, The Heart Gallery’s brand had become inconsistent in its style, content and message.

The Solution:

Grafx launched a redesign of The Heart Gallery’s materials to create a consistent, compelling brand identity for the organization. The new campaign included The Heart Gallery’s website, print materials, POP and promotions, social media and electronic newsletters.

The X-factor:

Grafx understood that The Heart Gallery’s photo exhibits were just the first step in a very long and often confusing adoption process. To prevent families from becoming lost in the process, Grafx built a new electronic management system that better managed, tracked, and connected with prospective families throughout the many stages of adoption.

The Results:

The consistency of The Heart Gallery’s marketing materials made a powerful emotional connection with prospective families, and the new management system made it easier for The Heart Gallery’s staff to guide families through the adoption process. As a result, The Heart Gallery has increased its number of successful adoptions, fulfilling its mission of finding forever families for children in foster care.
