Grafx Design develops web based solutions for many clients, and uses some of that same technology in our site. Because we respect the privacy of our clients, potential clients, and all visitors in general, the following guidelines were designed to ensure these obligations are met.
Any/all e-mail addresses sent to us as the result of correspondence with clients or potential clients of Grafx will not be used or collected for the purposes of reselling to a third party and will not be added to a 3rd party bulk e-mailing list. We do however keep your e-mail on file in the event that we have news about a solution that may be of use to you in the future. If you do not wish to receive such electronic mailings from Grafx, please let us know.
Each time a visitor comes to our site, information is collected to improve the overall quality of the Grafx website. Grafxtampa.com uses Google Analytics to collect the visitor’s domain name/IP Address (e.g., whether the user is logged on from microsoft.com, usf.edu, or 255.255.255.0), referral data (e.g., we record the address of the last URL a user visited prior to clicking through to the grafxtampa.com site), and browser/platform type (e.g., Firefox browser on a Macintosh platform). Grafx also counts, tracks, and aggregates the visitor’s activity into our analysis of general traffic flows at grafxtampa.com (e.g., tracking where traffic comes from and how traffic flows within the grafxtampa.com site). Grafx will not, and in most cases cannot, disclose your individual identity or personal data.
Any and all questions regarding this policy should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
