The Challenge:
For more than ten years, SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment had relied on their custom-coded Content Management System to power three unique theme park websites. Over the years, the technology had become outdated and stretched beyond its original capacity.
The Solution:
SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment put their trust in Grafx with this mission-critical project. Rebuilding the CMS from scratch was not an option, so the web experts at Grafx leveraged Telerik’s RAD Control technology to implement cutting edge development on the existing .NET 1.1 platform. The improved CMS follows the existing database configurations of the current sites while creating reliable, expandable functionality for the SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment team.
The X-factor:
The theme park industry never sleeps, neither did the Grafx team. Grafx provides 24/7 team accessibility and established remote work stations at their developers’ homes for after-hour site emergencies could be addressed immediately.

SeaWorld Parks and Entertainment websites now have the Content Management Systems they need to post their newest attractions, shows, dining, and hotel offerings online through a dynamic and reliable platform.
